Lucky Me
Sometime this week, I received a notice declaring that I'd won a raffle. I was thrilled. No, this is not what you think. This is legitimate. After all, I did join the raffle. A purchase qualified me for a raffle ticket. I entered my details and put it in the dropbox about a month or two ago.
When I got home today, this was what greeted me.
I plan to use it this Sunday when a favorite aunt celebrates her birthday.
My friend Pink also won a camera in another raffle and is thinking of selling hers. I, on the other hand, am keeping this. As a souvenir of my luck. And because my point and shoot camera is a hand me down and 5 years old.
Zara thinks that my winning is not entirely good news. She says people who win in raffles are unlucky in matters of the heart.

Wow, swerte mo naman. Hmm, I don't think Zara's observation is entirely true. I won an Ipod last year and I think I'm lucky din naman in matters of the heart...andyan pa asawa ko eh..hehehe :D

I don't think one's "luck" with winning raffles has any relation to winning hearts.

I too have one of the Canon Digital Ixus cameras and I honestly could have never been happier with a camera purchase.
They really do take the best shots I have seen on a point and shoot camera.
